Request details are passed to the independent pool contractor covering your part of the South Bay so that contractor can follow up, visit and prepare a proposal. We also rely on service providers for hosting, form handling, email delivery, and they process data only to provide those services. We do not sell your personal information.

How long we keep it

Request records are kept for as long as they are reasonably needed to handle your inquiry and keep basic business records, and are then deleted or anonymized.
